Not sure what to book? Start here.

If you want lived-in colour — but you’re worried about brassiness, harsh regrowth, or previous colour — this page will guide you to the right next step.

Friendly, no-pressure guidance. Send a couple of photos — I’ll recommend the best next step.
The simple path

A calm 3-step journey

1
Choose your goal
Go brighter, add dimension, soften greys, or fix a colour issue.
2
Start with a colour consultation
We review your hair history, goal photos, and the safest route.
3
Book the right appointment
Balayage reset, correction plan, grey blending, or a gloss refresh.
Book the consult
If you’ve had box dye or uneven colour, a consult is the safest place to begin.
Step 2

Start with a colour consultation (recommended)

This is the calm first step for most new clients — especially if you’ve had brassiness, banding, or you’re unsure what to book.

What happens

  • We talk through your hair history (colour, box dye, previous lightening).
  • We look at goal photos and what’s realistic for your starting point.
  • I recommend the right service and a safe route (sometimes staged).
  • You leave knowing what to book and how to maintain a cool tone.
Note: Patch/strand testing may be recommended for certain colour work — it’s about safety and accuracy.
Bring this

What to send (so I can guide you properly)

  • 2 photos in natural light (front + back).
  • 1–2 goal photos (what you love).
  • When you last coloured your hair (and what was used).
  • Any box dye history (even “ages ago”).
  • Any concerns (brassiness, damage, sensitivity).
If you’re anxious about booking
You’re not alone. The consult exists so you don’t have to guess — we’ll make a clear plan together.
Step 3

If you already know what you want

Great. Use the quick booking guide below. If you’re still unsure, choose the consultation — it’s the safest route.

Quick booking guide

You want a brighter look that grows out softly
Your colour is warm/brassy but even

Common worries

If this sounds like you, start with a consult

“My hair always goes brassy.”
We plan lift + tone and a realistic maintenance rhythm (often including gloss refreshes).
“I’m scared of damage.”
Healthy hair first — sometimes staged results are the safest way to get what you want.
“I don’t want stripey highlights.”
I specialise in lived-in, blended work that looks natural and grows out softly.
